Three Courses, Each Addressing a Different Life Moment

We do not offer a general curriculum and ask participants to adapt it to themselves. Each of our three courses is built around a specific set of circumstances that many adults in their forties, fifties, and sixties encounter.

Our Method

How We Deliver Each Course

Small-Group Sessions

Weekly live sessions held online, with in-person gatherings for the senior programme in Bangkok's Thonglor district.

Structured Materials

Printed and digital workbooks prepared before each session, designed for annotation and long-term reference.

Individual Mentoring

One-to-one conversations with a teaching mentor included in every course at no additional cost.

Follow-Up After Completion

Every programme includes a follow-up consultation after the course concludes, so questions that arise in practice can be addressed.
