Why suvarnabas

Learning at a Pace That Suits You

We believe financial understanding grows best in a quiet, respectful environment — not a pressured classroom.

Small Cohorts

Groups of six to ten learners allow instructors to know your situation and respond to what you actually need, not a generic curriculum.

Teaching Practitioners

Courses are led by working financial planners, attorneys, and specialists who draw on current Thai regulatory knowledge, not dated textbooks.

Thoughtful Materials

Workbooks and summaries are formatted for real use — clear pages you can write in, keep in a binder, and return to over months and years.

Thailand-Specific Context

Content addresses Thai financial structures, inheritance law, tax considerations, and local banking realities — not adapted from foreign curricula.

Private Conversations

Individual sessions with a teaching mentor are included, not an optional add-on, because personal situations deserve personal attention.

Flexible Scheduling

Weekly sessions work around the schedules of working adults and retirees, with recordings available and no penalty for life's interruptions.

Ready When You Are

There Is No Right Moment Except the One You Choose

If you have been waiting for a course that treats you as an adult with a full life — a course that is thorough, unhurried, and genuinely useful — we would be glad to share more with you.

Questions

Things People Often Ask

Who are these courses designed for?

Each course is designed specifically for adults aged forty and above who are navigating a meaningful life transition — whether that is a career change, a relationship change, approaching retirement, or simply wanting to develop a clearer understanding of their financial position before moving into the next chapter.

Do I need financial knowledge before starting?

No prior financial background is assumed. Courses begin with clear foundations and build progressively. We do not use jargon without explanation, and participants are encouraged to raise questions at any point throughout the programme.

Are sessions held online or in person?

Most weekly sessions are held online via a small-group video format. The Comprehensive Later-Life Financial Stewardship course additionally includes three in-person gatherings at our Bangkok learning centre in Thonglor. Individual mentor conversations may be held either way, at your preference.

How are cohort sizes kept small?

Enrolment is capped at the stated number for each course — ten for the eight-week course, and six for the fifteen-week senior programme. Once a cohort is filled, we open a new intake rather than adding participants to an existing group. This is not a commercial limitation but a deliberate choice about quality of attention.

What does the course fee include?

Fees cover all weekly sessions, printed or digital materials and workbooks, individual mentor conversations, and any follow-up consultations specified for that course. There are no hidden charges or optional add-ons that carry the core content.

How do I choose the right course?

The best starting point is a brief, no-obligation conversation with one of our advisors. We are glad to listen to your situation and suggest which course would serve you best — or let you know honestly if the timing is not quite right. You can reach us using the form below or by calling directly.
